Beachfront Seawind Unit 1209 | 2 Kings + Bunk

Seawind Unit 1209 is a two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo in Gulf Shores for up to six guests, plus a private bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk. Both bedrooms have king beds. The private balcony and open living and dining area offer panoramic Gulf and shoreline views. The primary king bedroom also has Gulf views and opens directly to the balcony. Guests have beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an unheated zero-entry kids' pool, fitness room, and sauna. TVs are in the living room, both king bedrooms, and the bunk room. Check-in is 3:00 PM CT and checkout is 10:00 AM CT. No pets, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–8:00 AM CT. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in Seawind's designated smoking area, not in the condo, on the balcony, or in other common areas. Condominium association rules require an adult age 25 or older to stay throughout the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25, sign the rental agreement and stay for the full reservation; third-party bookings are not allowed. After booking, we send a secure OwnerRez link to sign the agreement, upload a government-issued photo ID so our team can verify the signer’s identity and age for association compliance, and confirm a current phone number for the stay. Complete these steps within four hours of booking if arrival is seven days or less away; otherwise, by 9:00 AM Central Time on the second calendar day after booking. Contact us through your booking channel if you have difficulty.

A required $500 temporary authorization hold is processed by the host on the guest’s credit card three days before arrival and released five days after departure, less any amount kept for documented guest-caused costs allowed by the agreement and law. This temporarily reduces available credit or funds; the bank may take additional time to reflect release. Any exceptions for an owner, family or friends stay must be expressly confirmed in writing by our team. Parking is limited to two vehicles; the $50 booking charge covers the first pass, which is inside the unit for the guest to complete and display. A second pass costs $60 at the guard station.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 29 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
